    On March 22, xFusion Digital Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as xFusion) officially signed an MOU with Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as Towngas) and Guangdong StarFive Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as StarFive). The three parties will engage in multi-dimensional cooperation in areas such as empowering intelligent computing and establishing joint innovation labs.

    Dr. Peter Lee, Chairman of Towngas, Xu Tao, Chairman and CEO of StarFive, Jeffrey Liu, Chairman and CEO of xFusion, Fan Ruiqi, President of xFusion Strategy and Central Research Institute, Vandia Yang, President of xFusion SEA Region, and other senior representatives from the three parties attended the signing ceremony and witnessed this milestone moment.

    Jeffrey Liu, Chairman and CEO of xFusion, expressed, "The digital economy is the future direction of global development, presenting a new driving force and opportunity for China's economic growth. In the new stage of digital transformation of the industry, xFusion works together with partners such as Towngas and StarFive to foster joint innovation. The three parties will leverage complementary advantages and resource sharing to facilitate the collaborative development of the intelligent computing industry chain in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, aiming to provide better computing services."

    Vandia Yang, President of xFusion SEA Region, introduced the cooperation details and signed the agreement. "In response to the ongoing trend of industrial digitalization, xFusion and Towngas have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. xFusion will continue to offer secure and advanced computing infrastructure and services to bolster Towngas's capabilities in cloud computing, database management, and in-memory computing. We will also assist Towngas in improving corporate management proficiency and customer service quality, thereby further enhancing their competitive edge in digital transformation."

    Simultaneously, xFusion and StarFive have signed an MOU. Both parties will jointly establish the xFusion & StarFive Joint Innovation Center in Hong Kong. StarFive's first RISC-V chip, codenamed "Lion Rock", will integrate with xFusion's computing infrastructure and services, finding extensive applications in data center scenarios. This partnership aims to further leverage RISC-V's advantages in intelligent computing, accelerate its widespread adoption, and set a benchmark for collaboration between upstream and downstream enterprises in the RISC-V industry chain.

    The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is currently recognized as one of the most promising regions globally, with computing as a key driver in its digital economy development. Through collaborative efforts with Towngas and StarFive, xFusion is dedicated to advancing intelligent computing across various sectors, contributing significantly to the digital transformation within the Greater Bay Area. Moving forward, xFusion will persist in working with partners to drive innovation, promote the adoption of high-quality computing, and unleash digital momentum for the advancement of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
